NOLA Music Kitchen, LLC is a small, local music licensing company.  We are building a catalog of music to offer for placement in TV, film and anywhere else music is used.  We are concentrating heavily on local New Orleans indie musicians and bands, because that’s who we love.

Sync and Master Use Licensing

We offer synchronization and master use licensing (for songs in our catalog) to those seeking to license music for a project.

License Research

We also offer license research for songs that are not part of our catalog (especially oldies). We charge $25/ hour for this service.

We can add your music to our catalog and help shop it around to music users.  You let us deal with the crappy paperwork and negotiating, and hopefully your music will get placed and you can get some extra bucks in your pocket.  We just keep 20% of any licensing fees paid, and give you the rest.  Think of us like a booking agent for songs.

We can help you find music for your project. You can browse the catalog OR send us your cue sheet and we will browse for you and see if we have anything that may be appropriate.

We can also help you find out who owns what and who to contact about licensing songs that are not part of our catalog. We charge $25/hour for this service.
